Principal Secretary State Department for ICT and the Digital Economy Eng. John Tanui, CBS, Director of the National Computer and Cybercrimes Coordination Committee (NC4), Colonel Dr. Kimuyu, and a Kenyan delegation drawn from the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy (MoICT), NC4, and the ICT Authority (ICTA), are attending the INCYBER FORUM EUROPE 2026 at Lille Grand Palais, France.

The forum is convened under the theme “Securing Our Digital Dependencies,” focusing on the protection of interconnected systems, critical information infrastructures, and global digital supply chains.
