The launch of the National Computer and Cybercrime Coordination Committee (NC4) was done on 4th November 2021 at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD). NC4 is established by Section 4 of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act of 2018 and comprises representatives from various government agencies to oversee security related aspects of Kenya’s cyberspace.
