The Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act (CMCA) 2018 Regulations Taskforce held its first Workshop from 11-14 April 2023 at Lake Naivasha Resort, Nakuru County. The objective of the Workshop was to identify areas in the CMCA needing Regulations for the better carrying into effect its provisions and to also develop a legislative scheme to be used in drafting Regulations.
